Interactive Demos are powerful for helping users discover your product and gain a deeper understanding of the features they can use to overcome existing challenges. This earning experience leaves users feeling more informed without requiring much effort or access to specific plans or functionality.

Record an interactive Demo and seamlessly share it with users anywhere outside your product and in-app. Collect data about viewers and build up audiences to re-engage possible prospects or existing customers.

How can I share my Demos with users?

After you record and edit your Demo, it's time to share it with the world! You can add it on any page that supports embedded content or launch it from other in-app Experiences you build with Chameleon (including HelpBar).

Embedding a Demo

To embed your Demo, go to the "Share & Export" section, copy the embed code and paste it on your website, blog, or help guides.

Launching a Demo in-app

You can allow users to launch your Demos in-app from any button or your Launchers with "Additional Actions" and help them discover existing or future functionality. Search for the Product Demo option and select your Demo from the list.

You can also launch your Demos from HelpBar with the same "Actions" feature.

How can I engage Demo viewers?

With Chameleon, you can easily identify who's interested in your product or what features customers are excited about and engage them with the right prompt and messaging.

You can sync Demo data to your CRM or analytics tools, as well as create new target audiences to target with in-app Experiences based on Demo events.

Identifying companies interested in your product enables your Sales and Marketing teams to engage prospects with the right message and offer to meet their needs.

Leveraging Demo events with your in-app efforts enables you to showcase different pricing tiers or functionalities to customers who show interest and drive upsells. You can also more accurately target customers or prospects with in-app prompts based on what they show interest in.
