What does my integration's status mean?

See whether each integration is working, and what to do when one needs attention

Written by Pulkit Agrawal

When something needs your attention on a connected integration (a credential that stopped working, a sync that failed, or fields that were never mapped), Chameleon shows a status for it, so you don't have to guess whether your data is actually syncing.

Availability & Usage

📌 Applies to any integration you've connected

📌 Shown on your Integrations page, on each integration's own page, and in Copilot

What do the different statuses mean?

If everything is working, you won't see a status at all, just a green check. If something needs attention, you'll see one of the following instead:

Status

What it means

What to do

Needs reconnecting

The connection was revoked, or its credentials stopped working.

Reconnect the integration from its page.

Not fully set up

A credential has never passed a check.

Finish connecting it, or switch it off if you no longer want it.

Sync error

The last sync or credential check failed.

Hover over the status on the integration's page to see the recorded error.

No fields mapped

Connected and working, but nothing is mapped yet, so no data moves.

Map the fields you want to sync.

Switched off

Switched off rather than broken.

Turn it back on from its page. If nobody on your team switched it off, contact support.

Where will I see an integration's status?

The same status shows up everywhere you'd look for it, so you won't get a different answer depending on where you check:

  • on the integration's card on your Integrations page

  • on the integration's own page, under its name

  • if you ask Copilot about it

How do I resolve an unhealthy status?

Open the integration from your Integrations page, then hover over the status on its own page to see what to do and, if something failed, the last error Chameleon recorded.
