Agents are assistants that run automated tasks in Chameleon. They can help speed up experience creation, gather user feedback, or analyze dropoff in a flow.

You can configure Agents in the Dashboard and start from a task, such as picking a feature to analyze why users like or dislike it or selecting the events that mark a specific funnel you want to track. Chameleon will create the in-app Experience for you and suggest the right target audience. All you have to do is review and set live.

What Agents are available in Chameleon?

We are working to develop Agents for various tasks and needs. Here are some of the first Agents that will be available soon in the Dashboard.

Feature Feedback Agent

Gain insights into what users love or struggle with when using a specific feature. This Agent helps you identify friction points in underutilized features and understand what makes your most popular features valuable.

The Feature Feedback Agent will:

  1. Use an Event to identify users who used a certain feature.

  2. Allow you to pick a sample of those users to target with a feedback Microsurvey

  3. Collect data and then summarize results into a shareable report

Define the feature and set for how long this Agent should run and Chameleon will create your Microsurveys and suggest a custom audience.


Dropoff Research Agent

Understand where and why users drop off in a funnel. This Agent helps you automatically analyze user behavior and collect feedback to better understand what causes friction in your product.

The Dropoff Research Agent will:

  1. Analyze an event funnel

  2. Target users who exited the funnel with a Microsurvey requesting feedback

  3. Analyze the data

Set the two distinct events that mark your funnel, and Chameleon will create your Microsurvey and suggest a custom audience.


Call Booking Agent

Easily schedule calls with users to gather feedback and understand their challenges. This Agent automates the booking process, helping you connect with the right users based on your specific goals.

The Call Booking Agent will:

  1. Create an Experience that enables your users to book a call

  2. Target relevant users

  3. Stop once you hit your goal of calls booked

  4. Enable you to follow up with those who booked a call

Set the purpose of the call and add your booking link and Chameleon will generate the Experience for you and suggest a custom audience.
