What context can I add, and what do I manage here?
The Product Context page has several tabs to manage your product in Chameleon and teach it more about your preferences and brand.
Overview: Company and product background — what you do, who you serve, your value proposition, and what your goals are. AI uses this to generate relevant copy and understand your product ecosystem.
Voice: Tone of voice rules and your product Glossary, so generated copy is always true to your vocabulary.
Styling: Access your Themes, Templates, and manage the Assets you use in your Experiences.
Features: Confirm the Features Chameleon should track and review sessions, friction, and the Experiences that are connected to them.
Memory: Set rules that Copilot respects across all skills or a specific one.
Sources: External URLs, documents, and integrations Copilot uses to better understand your product.
Fill these in once and update when your company's positioning, personas, or focus changes. You can add more information in the main field, or teach Chameleon by adding specific instructions (i.e. "we always capitalize our feature names in copy"). You can teach Chameleon more by adding a written rule, uploading a document, or adding a URL.
ℹ️ Whenever you add new context to Chameleon, it adds it into that section's context, and you can always review and adjust.
Overview Context
The Overview tab holds four sections where you can give Chameleon more context:
Company and market
Audience and customers
Product
Strategy and goals
Chameleon uses this to generate relevant copy, Experiences, avoid suggesting irrelevant features, and understand your product ecosystem.
Voice
Give Copilot instructions and context about your tone of voice so generated copy and translations are always consistent. Edit it the same way as an Overview section: add instructions in the main field or teach Chameleon by adding specific instructions, documents, or links.
Product Glossary
Product Glossary lists your product terms (that you define or generate with AI), so Copilot generates accurate copy and translates them consistently. Add any technical terms or brand-specific language, and Copilot respects them across your account.
Each language you've configured in Localization can carry its own translation instructions.
Styling
Manage your Themes, Templates, and CSS Overrides. See Styling Overview to know more about managing your styles.
ℹ️ Nothing about how styling works has changed; this section has only moved from the main navigation into the Product Context section.
Alongside your Themes, live your Assets — upload media once, then reuse it anywhere in the Builder instead of re-uploading the same file every time.
Here you can also archive or delete an asset you no longer need or control which ones can still be used in the Builder (to be added in Experiences).
Features
Features are the product features that Chameleon detects in your product and can track with Compass. This enables you to understand how users engage with your features, see sessions, and identify friction points.
Chameleon suggests a set of Features that need a quick review before tracking starts. You can always add new features (including subfeatures) and adjust what Compass tracks. Click on a tracked feature to open a slideout where you can review sessions, engagement, and more.
Memory
Memories are standing instructions Copilot always follows. Set one once, and every Copilot task sticks to it from then on.
ℹ️ Memories can apply to all skills or a specific Copilot skill.
Creating a memory from the Memory tab
Go to the Memory tab in Product Context.
Select "Add a Memory"
Write the instruction — for example, "Always before building."
Choose where it applies: all skills, or one specific skill.
Save it. It's added as a new row in your memories table.
Creating a memory from a Copilot chat
You don't have to leave a conversation to set a memory. Type "remember that…" followed by the instruction, and Copilot:
Detects the keyword
Creates the memory for you
Replies with a link back to the Memory tab, so you can review it
Sources
Review and add additional sources for context: upload documents, add links, or connect integrations Copilot can use to learn more about your product.
