There are 4 plan options that you have with Chameleon: Free, Startup, Growth, and Enterprise. We are here to help you assess your monthly needs for the short and long run when you're making your choice.
The Startup plan is ideal if you're looking to set up your company for success with efficient in-product Experiences.
Chameleon’s monthly costs are directly connected with the data you store and manage with us. We calculate this by counting your monthly MTUs and charge you according to the maximum number of MTUs in each billing period. We use this as part of our pricing because our costs are proportional to the number of users we need to track and maintain data for, and the number of API calls we need to make.
📌 Chameleon will start counting your MTUs once you successfully install the code snippet. You can keep a close eye on your monthly MTUs and subscription costs by checking your current user count from your Chameleon Dashboard.
If your account is going over the MTUs limit of your plan, in a given month, we will add the overages to your next invoice. Learn more about how we calculate and price overages and how you can avoid them.
Chameleon Startup will make sense for your team if you have less than 50 people on board and you're looking to create in-product delight.

With Startup, you will have access to our self-serve resources to assist you every step of the way. Chameleon is great at blending in ... with your interface, tool stack, or user behaviors. You just have to find the best uses for your needs! 😉
✨ You can build multiple Launchers to plan or serve different self-serve journeys. Even though you can publish 1 Launcher live at a time, this helps you adjust your resources or run experiments.
🎯 You also have access to custom account-wide styling options (including custom CSS), custom audiences, and button Additional Actions.
📌 Seat Limits: on the Startup plan, your account can be accessed by up to 6 teammates. When you reach this limit, you will either need to remove some teammates from your Chameleon account or upgrade to the Growth, or Enterprise plan.
