The Free plan is ideal if you're looking to enable users by leveraging your existing documentation in your app.
Chameleon’s monthly costs are directly connected with the data you store and manage with us. We calculate this by counting your monthly MTUs. We use this as part of our pricing because our costs are proportional to the number of users we need to track and maintain data for, and the number of API calls we need to make.
With the Free plan you don't have to worry about costs 😉 but you can still keep an overview of your account's MTUs from your Dashboard.
The Free plan will make sense for you if you want to enable users to access your documentation in a quick and easy manner. With the Free plan you get access to Chameleon's in-app "Spotlight Search" -- HelpBar. Regardless of your team size, you can leverage HelpBar to provide seamless in-app support.
With the Free plan, you will get:
📖 Content limits -- you can add up to 5 "Content Groups" in your HelpBar; once you reach you'll either have to remove other resources or upgrade your plan.
👥 Targeting limits -- your HelpBar resources will appear to all users; to leverage Chameleon Segments or target Companies, upgrade to a higher Chameleon plan.
📌 Seats limits -- your account can be accessed by up to 6 teammates. When you reach this limit, you'll either need to remove some teammates from your Chameleon account or upgrade your plan.
