There are 4 plan options that you have with Chameleon: Free, Startup, Growth, and Enterprise.

The Growth plan can be a good fit if your company is looking to drive ROI as simply as possible, with all hands on deck.

Chameleon’s monthly costs are directly related to the data you store and manage with us. We calculate this by counting your monthly MTUs and charging you according to the maximum number of MTUs in each billing period. We use this as part of our pricing because our costs are proportional to the number of users we need to track and maintain data for and the number of API calls we need to make.

📌 Chameleon will start counting your MTUs once you successfully install the code snippet. You can monitor your monthly MTUs and subscription costs by checking your current user count from your Chameleon Dashboard.

If your account exceeds your plan's MTU limit in a given month, we will add the overages to your next invoice. Learn more about how we calculate and price overages and how you can avoid them.

The Chameleon Growth plan is a good fit for your company if you have over 5K monthly active users and have more than 50 people on board.

With the Growth plan, you have access to:

If you sign your team up for the Growth Plan, you will have dedicated support to help you design and deliver valuable Experiences, increasing value over time. 😉

🎯 You can also access account-wide styling options (including custom CSS), custom Alerts, create custom audiences, and use our Developers Hub.

📌 Seat Limits: on the Growth plan, your account can host up to 15 teammates. When you reach this limit, you will either need to remove some teammates from your Chameleon account or upgrade to the Enterprise plan.

Contact us to help you choose a plan that complements your product and caters to your users' needs.

💡 If you expect changes to your account (organic growth, installing Chameleon in different products and domains, etc.), contact us to review your plan. Adjusting your monthly usage will be easier and less costly than paying overages.
