Powered by the same Copilot that builds and analyzes your Experiences
How do I open it?
Click Help in the left navigation of your Dashboard. A chat panel opens beside your current page, so you don't have to leave what you're doing.
What can I ask it?
Describe your issue in plain language. It answers using Chameleon's help content, and for some requests, it can make the change directly; for example, creating a Segment or Experience for you as part of the conversation.
You can also attach a file, such as a screenshot, to provide more context before you send your message.
How do I talk to a person on the support team?
Ask to speak with a human at any point in the conversation. It hands off to our support team with a written summary of your issue and what you've already tried, so you don't have to repeat yourself.
How do I find a past help conversation?
Open Help with no conversation in progress to see your recent help conversations. This list only includes conversations you've started from Help; it doesn't include your other Copilot conversations, like ones you've used to build or analyze Experiences.
Can I keep working while I wait for a reply?
Yes. Minimize the chat to keep working elsewhere in your Dashboard. The Help navigation item shows a small indicator while your conversation is waiting. Reopening it restores your conversation exactly where you left it, instead of starting over.
Can I view it full screen?
Once a conversation is open, expand it for a larger view; useful if you want more room to review something built for you as part of the conversation.
