General Context
Company & Product
Teach AI the basics about your business—what you do, who you serve, your value prop. Our AI uses this to generate relevant copy, Experiences, avoid suggesting irrelevant features, and understand your product ecosystem.
Fill this in once. Update when your positioning or core product changes.
Tone of Voice
Controls how AI writes copy in Experiences. Set rules like "Never use exclamation marks", "Always use second person," or others that align with our brand voice.
Copilot Instructions
Add specific rules for working with Copilot. These apply when building Experiences, audiences, or when Copilot summarizes responses from your Microsurveys.
Campaign Builder: direct how Copilot creates new Experiences. For example:
"Prioritize Launchers over Tours"
"Never create new Segments; always use existing ones"
"Default to Theme B styling"
Segment Builder: add rules for constructing user Segments. For example:
"Exclude email addresses with domain [A] or 'test'"
"Always validate Segment size isn't below 50 users"
Microsurvey Summarizer: set guidelines for analyzing Microsurvey responses. For example:
"Focus on actionable feedback, skip praise"
"Ignore extremes and focus on the average sentiment"
