Got a quick doc to share with customers? Show it in your app, where they'll make the best use of it with our Google Drive integration. You can launch docs, slides, or sheets right from your Experiences and allow users to start using them toward better adoption and quicker flows inside your app.

How does this integration work?

With our Google Drive integration, you can share with customers specific assets, resources, or documents in your app. From spreadsheets they can reuse, or slides they can learn more from, to docs that help them advance in their journey.

Launch Docs, Slides, or Sheets from your Experiences with users that could use a copy of that doc, or a peak to be more successful.

β„Ή Your Google Doc must be 'Published to web' for Chameleon to be able to display it in your app. Once published you can grab the sharing URL or the full embed code and leverage it in Chameleon.

Setting up the integration?

To use the Google Drive integration with your Experiences, head over to the Google Drive integration page in the Dashboard and enable it first. Then you'll find 'Google Docs' in the Builder anytime you want to use it.

How to use it?

To share a Google Doc with your users, you can launch it from a button (or a media component) or include it as a Launcher item with the additional Actions feature.

Select the Google Docs option and paste your link in there. It will open in a full-screen modal after a user clicks your button.

β„Ή You can also use the embed option from Google and paste your code into the Builder.

Leverage our Google Drive integration to share information efficiently with users as they're browsing your app. Maybe a guide they can pass to their teams, or a data sheet they can replicate and leverage when needed.
