Agents

β„Ή You will be able to add and configure Agents from the Dashboard soon.

Soon, you'll be able to configure Agents to run specific tasks for you in Chameleon and help you speed up product adoption. These Agents will be able to perform tasks across your account and multiple Experiences. Here are some tasks that we're exploring to enable for Agents:

  • Automatically learning why users aren't using a specific feature

  • Analyzing user engagement with onboarding tasks and personalizing the resources available for users

  • Automatically analyzing user drop-off in a flow
