For any Title and Body components, as well as Item Titles and descriptions, you'll find options to improve or generate content on the spot. After going live, check out the AI recommendations in the Dashboard to optimize for even better engagement.

How can I use AI for content in Chameleon?
You can leverage AI to deliver ever-engaging Experiences to your users. Use it to improve your content or generate new feature announcements from your help documentation in seconds.
1️⃣ Use AI to generate or improve copy in the Builder.
Use custom prompts to generate catchy Titles or leverage your existing help documentation to create quick announcements. You can find this feature in your:
Body or Title component
Item descriptions
Launcher Titles
2️⃣ Review the AI recommendations to improve live Experiences
After publishing a Tour or an Embeddable, you can review the recommendations you get in the Dashboard to optimize your Experience for increased engagement. This takes into account your existing content and shares suggestions to improve.
Improve your copy in the Builder
In-app communication should be succinct and deliver valuable information. Use this option to improve your messages' readability, structure, and length. Select your Title or Body and click Improve to make your copy more engaging.
When improving your content, you have a few options to help you narrow down the right message and shape:
Format -- choose between a paragraph and a bullet list
Tone -- pick an intonation that matches your brand
Adjust your prompt -- make your request more specific with additional context or directions
Once you make your selections hit Generate copy, and Chameleon will show you a suggested variation that you can further adjust or insert in your Experience content.
✨ You can customize your prompt to fit your users' specific challenges or make your content more tailored to your app -- you can also try out some word puns.
Generate new content in the Builder
Save precious time when you have a clear goal and scope in mind! You can use the AI feature to generate copy for a new Experience from a prompt or an entire help doc.
Once you select the Title or Body component and click Generate, you'll be able to either paste a link or type in a text and choose the:
Format -- between a paragraph and a bullet list
Tone -- the intonation that matches your brand
Adjust your prompt -- make your request more specific with additional context
Then, Chameleon will generate your message in the Builder, which you can further adjust or add to your Experience.
👉 With Launchers, you can also leverage AI to generate Titles and Item descriptions for Link (URL) Items.
AI recommendations in the Dashboard
📍 Available for Tours and Embeddables that are "Live" or "Edited".
After you publish a new Tour or Embeddable or make adjustments to an existing one, head over to the configuration page in the Dashboard to review the AI recommendation to help you optimize that Experience.
You can use the AI recommendations to improve the effectiveness of your in-app Experiences, enhance your user onboarding, and improve retention and product adoption.
ℹ The AI recommendation feature analyzes in-app best practices and benchmark data to share custom suggestions that you can implement quickly to improve engagement.
You can find the AI recommendation panel on the "Edit" tab above the "Review & Publish" panel in the Dashboard.
Use this feature to identify where you can optimize your Experience to increase engagement and reduce the guesswork around what works and what doesn't.
