How do I enable MFA?
To enable Multi-Factor Authentication on your Chameleon account, navigate to Account β Team, and you'll find a toggle there that you can enable.
π If you enable this for your account, all teammates will have to use MFA to access the Chameleon Dashboard going forward.
Once you enable this, Chameleon will log everyone out and you'll have to authenticate again, using MFA -- you can use your usual app for this, such as Google Authenticator.
Just follow the magic link from your email to log in again, securely π
And every time a teammate logs in they'll go through the same flow to ensure your account stays safe.
Why should I use MFA on my account?
Multi-Factor Authentication is a standard method that you can use to protect your work and information. Your efforts in Chameleon are just as important as any work you do to drive your company's success, and you should leverage all opportunities to ensure they stay safe in the long run.
We exercise constant scrutiny to keep the Dashboard safe and ensure your data is secure with us. This remains a top priority for us, and we'll continue to enhance our security practices. Learn more about our security measures below π
