We're excited to announce significant improvements to the Dashboard Navbar. 🎉 The new design offers a clearer, more intuitive structure, making it easier to find what you need and access key features.
👀 We're also laying the groundwork for exciting new features that are coming soon! We want Chameleon to evolve with your needs, providing a robust and user-friendly space.
🚀 The new Navbar is available for everyone. Your data, settings, and Experiences are unchanged. You can continue to use CMD+K (HelpBar) to navigate your Chameleon account as usual.
What changed?
We've updated the Navbar to a cleaner, minimal interface that brings more focus and speeds up your workflows in the Dashboard.
You'll notice a few changes right away: a reorganization of the pages and a more seamless way to work with the Navbar. ✨ Here's what changed:
Experiences live together-- find Tours, Tooltips, Microsurveys, Embeddables, Launchers, Demos, HelpBar, and Automations under Experiences
Governance section -- centralized hub to manage Rate Limits, Environments, Alerts, see Elements Detection, and access account Controls (old "Rights")
Simplified settings -- Installation, Integrations, and Data Management moved to the bottom of the Navbar
Account section -- find your core account preferences such as Profile (including Testing), Workspace, Team Roles, or Plans
View options: Choose between a compact, collapsible view for more canvas space, or a pinned view to keep everything in sight

Simpler Menu Structure
Our redesigned Navbar focuses on enhancing clarity, ensuring that you can find the tools and information you need. This update is all about optimizing your workflow and making our Dashboard more intuitive.
We've reorganized content into top-level sections and consolidated related items, while making the Navbar more flexible to your needs. Find all Experiences, Styling, or Segments at a glance and access your account settings in one place.
You can choose between a compact, collapsible view that gives you more space to work with minimal interference and a full pinned view that keeps everything in sight. Chameleon remembers your selection, so no need to refresh your preferences every time - adjust as you get more comfortable with Chameleon.
New Governance Page
The new Governance Page hosts the features that ensure your Chameleon Experiences are delivered effectively and in alignment with your strategy and guidelines. Here is where you'll find core tools to streamline how you drive adoption:
Configure Environments (previously Domains)-- control the domains where your Experiences can display
Set Rate Limits (previously Rate Limiting)-- limit the frequency of in-app Experiences for end-users
Review Elements Detection (previously Attached Elements) -- ensure in-app Experiences display as expected when attached to (or triggered by) on-page elements
Set Alerts -- receive notifications when users don't engage with your Experiences
Access Controls -- set how Chameleon can operate, access boundaries, and security settings

🤖 We're soon bringing your very own Governance Agent designed to further streamline your workflow and ensure your Chameleon account remains organized and optimized.
Account Settings Simplified
Your core account options are now easier to find and more straightforward to access. At the bottom of the Navbar, find the installation page, review your account data, or manage your integrations.
Click into your Account to manage:
your Profile in Chameleon (including resetting your data for testing)
your Workspace
